In this full time role I was responsible for designing a user experience that inspires, excites and converts. Browns is a high-end fashion boutique that prides itself in having a ‘cooler’ edge, along side improving the over all conversion rate. This was done by constantly discovering and analysing data, understanding how users actually interact with the site through usability tests and by managing an A/B testing and personalisation strategy.
I was also responsible for the relationship with our in-house development teams based in Porto. With my technical background we have manage to streamline the handover and development communication process. Proving a faster delivery and higher band width in all projects.
