I held a senior hands-on UX Design contract at AXA PPP Healthcare to deliver a new eCommerce proposition for the group, Active+
Initially we looked at incorporating large campaigns to various audiences. This involved creating a joint eCommerce and content world. This later moved towards a hard eCommerce sell with separate sales windows to aid the sales teams within AXA.
Throughout this contract I was responsible for the UX and visual design along with all the internal and external marketing communications. I incorporated the use of a personalisation and optimisation tool called Monetate. I managed and directed our social marketing agency, Klood and a usability agency, Webcredible. Analysing the results from user testing I incorporated the outcome into new editions of the site designs and user journeys.
